在国家“双碳”战略与江西省“1269”产业高质量发展计划引领下,新能源产业已成为区域经济发展的重要支柱,但其高质量发展受限于本科层次人才供给与产业需求的结构性矛盾。当前新能源材料本科人才培养普遍面临与产业需求脱节、实践教学薄弱、校企协同育人机制不健全、师资队伍产业经验不足等突出问题。基于产教融合理论、协同育人理论与能力本位教育理论,以江西科技师范大学新能源材料与器件专业为实践载体,构建并系统实践了“双向嵌入”产教融合人才培养模式,从培养方案优化、实践基地共建等方面推进教学创新。实践表明,该模式有效破解了人才培养痛点,丰富了地方高校新工科专业产教融合改革的理论与实践路径。
Abstract:Driven by the national "Dual Carbon" strategy and Jiangxi Provincial "1269" High-quality Industrial Development Plan, the new energy industry has become a key pillar of regional economic growth. However, its high-quality development is constrained by the structural imbalance between undergraduate talent supply and industrial demand. Currently, the cultivation of undergraduate talents majoring in new energy materials faces prominent challenges, including disconnection from industrial requirements, inadequate practical teaching, imperfect school-enterprise collaborative education mechanisms, and teachers’ insufficient industrial experience. Based on the theories of industry-education integration, collaborative education and competency-based education, this study takes the major of New Energy Materials and Devices in Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University as the practical carrier. A "two-way embedding" talent cultivation model featuring industry-education integration is constructed and systematically implemented, with teaching innovations promoted through optimizing training programs and jointly building practical training bases. Practical results show that this model effectively addresses the bottlenecks in talent cultivation, and enriches the theoretical and practical paths for the reform of industry-education integration of emerging engineering majors in local universities.
