摘要:

随着全球新能源汽车产业的迅猛发展,作为其核心部件的动力电池迎来了前所未有的市场机遇,但随之也面临一个问题,即熟练掌握先进工艺与设备的高素质技术技能人才严重不足。因此,本文就如何构建和实施面向动力电池企业的“订单式”人才培养模式展开深入探讨,提出建立校企长效沟通机制、持续优化课程教学体系、加强激励与权益保障等策略,以期为企业破解“用人难”问题提供有效方案。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of the global new energy vehicle industry, the power battery industry, as its core component, has ushered in unprecedented market opportunities. However, it also faces a problem of a serious shortage of high-quality technical and skilled personnel who are proficient in advanced processes and equipment. Therefore, this article explores in depth how to construct and implement an "order based" talent training model for power battery enterprises, and proposes strategies such as establishing a long-term communication mechanism between schools and enterprises, continuously optimizing the curriculum and teaching system, strengthening incentives and rights protection, in order to provide effective solutions for enterprises to solve the problem of "difficult employment".
