武汉理工大学材料科学与工程学院;
提出了一种新的催化层结构,该催化层中的Nafion从内向外成梯度增大。测试显示,新结构的催化层相对于常规催化层不仅开路电压高,而且单电池性能同样优于常规催化层。CV测试结果显示,催化层中Nafion含量的变化对阴极电极中Pt催化剂活性面积影响很小;新电极不仅电阻小,而且具有良好的气体传递能力和排水能力。
