随着中国“双碳”战略的推出,新能源产业成为驱动经济的核心,新能源材料专业人才培养需要与时俱进。在产教深度融合的背景下,本文将成果导向教育理念作为指导,融合知识图谱技术,对接产业需求,重新制定培养方案,深度耦合毕业要求与课程目标;依托知识图谱个性化匹配更新课程内容,构建并实施多元化考核体系,形成有效闭环体系,实现人才培养与产业岗位需求的精准适配。
Abstract:With the advancement of the global "dual-carbon" strategy, the new energy industry has become a core engine for economic transformation and upgrading, posing new requirements for talent cultivation in the field of new energy materials. This paper, against the backdrop of deep integration of industry, academia, and research, deeply integrates outcome-oriented education concepts with knowledge graph technology to align with industry needs, reconstructs the talent cultivation system, deeply couples graduation requirements with course objectives, uses knowledge graphs to reform course content, constructs and implements a diversified assessment system, and establishes a closed-loop evaluation mechanism,form an effective closed-loop system to ultimately achieve the precise matching between talent cultivation and industrial job requirements.
