通过对光伏电池进行建模,研究了光伏电池的输出特性曲线,验证了光伏电池可以作为太阳能自动跟踪系统中采集光照强度变化的传感器的可行性。根据实际情况设计了光伏电池输出电压的检测放大电路,并在pspice中进行了仿真。
Abstract:In this paper,the line modeling of photovoltaic cells,the output characteristic curve of the photovoltaic cells was researched by modeling of PC,to verify the photovoltaic cells can be used as the feasibility of solar automatic tracking system acquisition changes in light intensity sensor.Detection amplifier circuit of the output voltage of photovoltaic cells based on the actual design,and simulation in pspice.
