大功率燃料电池发动机低温冷启动测评方法研究

摘要:

燃料电池发动机低温环境适应性是目前整车企业及燃料电池行业重点关注的核心性能。本文介绍了两种实现燃料电池发动机低温冷启动的方案及原理,同时以浸机环境温度、冷启动时间、有无辅热装置和启动过程辅助系统能耗等参数建立一套燃料电池发动机低温冷启动的测试评价方法。最后,以两款燃料电池发动机的实测结果对测评方法进行了验证。

Abstract:

Low temperature environmental adaptability of fuel cell engine is the core performance of vehicle enterprises and fuel cell industry.This paper introduces two schemes and principles for realizing low-temperature cold start of fuel cell engine.At the same time, a set of test and evaluation method for low-temperature cold start of fuel cell engine is established based on the parameters such as immersion ambient temperature, cold start time, whether there is auxiliary heating device and energy consumption of auxiliary system in the starting process.Finally, the evaluation method is verified by the measured results of two fuel cell engines.
