燃料电池堆的气密性直接影响其安全性、发电效率等关键性能。为了准确且全面的对燃料电池堆进行气密性评价,本文从三腔保压、氢腔保压、三腔总泄漏、氢腔泄漏、氢腔窜空腔和氢空腔窜冷却液腔六个方面,提出了针对车用燃料电池堆的气密性综合测试评价方法,进行了试验验证,并分析了各气密性指标的影响因素。
Abstract:The gas tightness of the fuel cell stack directly affects its safety,efficiency and other key performances.In order to accurately and comprehensively evaluate the gas-tightness of the fuel cell stack,six aspects are proposed:pressure maintaining of three-cavities,pressure maintaining of anode,total leakage of three-cavities,leakage of anode,leakage of anode to cathode,leakage of anode and cathode to coolant.Aiming at the comprehensive test and evaluation method of gas-tightness of vehicular fuel cell stacks,experiments are carried out to verify and analyze each influencing factor of gas-tightness.
