阀控密封铅蓄电池电解液添加剂的研究

研究了在阀控密封铅蓄电池电解液中添加适当胶体及硫酸钠、磷酸添加剂对电池性能的影响。通过测定氧化膜阻抗、析氧阻抗、电池放电容量、充电接受能力及循环寿命,对在(AGM)GFM-500铅蓄电池中分别添加4种不同配比电解液时电池的性能进行了对比;结果表明:在电解液中添加适当气相二氧化硅(胶体)及硫酸钠和磷酸添加剂,可以提高铅蓄电池容量,改善电池充电接受能力,减少电池失水,从而延长电池使用寿命。

Abstract:

The effects of the additives of gelled-electrolyte,sodium sulfate and phosphonic acid added into the electrolyte of the lead-acid battery on the performances of the battery were studied.By measuring the impedance of anodic film and oxygen evolution,the discharge capacity,the ability of battery to accept charging capacity,and cycle life,a comparison of the performance of the battery was made when four cases of electrolyte were added into(AGM) GFM-500 lead-acid batteries.It was demonstrated that when appropirate gelled-electrolyte,sodium sulfate and phosphonic acid were added into the electrolyte,the properties of discharge capacity,accepted charging capacity and cycle life of battery were improved.
