SOC区间选择对NCM811电池循环性能的影响

摘要:

动力电池的循环寿命将直接影响车辆的动力水平和使用寿命。本研究以三元高镍NCM811为正极材料、人造石墨为负极材料制作成LP2714897方形铝壳锂离子电池。通过分析不同SOC(荷电状态)区间循环对寿命的影响,发现SOC在较低或较高时的循环性能较差,循环性能在区间中部会有很好的表现。

Abstract:

The cycle life of the power battery directly affects the power level and service life of the vehicle.In this paper, LP2714897 square aluminum-shell lithium ion battery was fabricated by using NCM811 as positive electrode and artificial graphite as negative electrode material.By analyzing the influence of cycle performance in different SOC intervals, it is found that the cycle performance is worse with lower SOC interval, and the cycling performance is worse with higher SOC interval as well.The cycle performance has superior advantage in the middle of the interval.
