2020年全球新能源汽车召回事件频发,据报道主要是由于其电动汽车用电池存在安全隐患。在此背景下,汽车电池管理系统作为动力电池安全性能保障的作用日益凸显。而我国为推动新能源汽车行业的良性发展,正在逐步建立电动汽车电池管理系统标准化体系,首个新国标GB/T38661-2020已发布实施。为帮助电动汽车电池相关企业全面了解新国标的各项规定,本文对新国标的检测对象、要求和方法进行了解读,以期为相关企业提供必要的技术参考。
Abstract:In 2020,recalls of new energy vehicles were reported frequently all over the world,they were confirmed that the security of electric vehicle battery was the main reason of these recalls.Under this background,the influence of the Battery Management System for electric vehicles is become more important day by day as safety performance assurance.In order to promote the healthy development of new energy automobile industry,the standardization system of battery management system for electric vehicles is gradually established in China.For helping electric vehicle battery related enterprises to fully understand the provisions of the new national standard,the objects,requirements and methods of the new national standard are interpreted in this paper.It is expected to provide necessary technical reference for related enterprises.
