描述了光伏系统中铅蓄电池过充过放电新型控制系统。在该系统中,蓄电池的充电过程分为两个阶段:全充阶段和脉冲充电阶段。在全充阶段,系统按照光伏电池所提供的电流对蓄电池充电,其充电终止电压根据蓄电池的SOC值和充电电流的大小,采用模糊控制算法而得;脉冲充电阶段控制电压的最大值和最小值根据对蓄电池的浮充电压进行修正而得;两阶段的控制电压都将根据环境温度进行补偿。并对该系统进行了软硬件设计。经仿真证明,该系统运行稳定,效果良好。
Abstract:The new overcharge/overdischarge control system for lead-acid battery in photovoltaic (PV) system was described. In the mentioned system, the charge process was divided into two steps that were full-charge step and pulse charge step. In the full-charge step, the lead-acid battery was charged based on the current provided by PV system, and the end voltage was calculated based on the SOC and charge current of the battery with fuzzy control arithmetic. In the other step, the maximum and minimum controlling voltages were obtained through correcting the floating charge voltage of the battery. The control voltages of two steps were compensated based on environment temperature. The relative software and hardware to this system were designed too. It was improved by emulation that the system is stable and has nice effects.
