摘要:

储能电池系统测试和评估,分为结构检查,功能安全评估,电气测试(含电磁兼容),机械测试,环境测试,电芯失效测试,生产线测试,标签和说明书等要求。其中功能安全评估是储能电池系统安全使用的最重要一道保护屏障。本文阐述了UL 1973第三版对储能电池系统的测试和评估要求的变化,为广大相关从业者提供指导。

Abstract:

The testing and evaluation of energy storage battery system is divided into construction check, functional safety evaluation, electrical test(including electromagnetic compatibility),mechanical test, environmental test, cell failure test, production line test, label and instructions.Among them, functional safety assessment is the most important protective barrier for the safe use of energy storage battery system.This paper addresses the changes in the requirements for the test and evaluation of battery energy storage system in the third edition of UL 1973,so as to provide guidance for relevant practitioners.
