对2种型号的笔记本电脑用进口单体电池和1种型号的国产单体电池进行了重物撞击、挤压实验以及防高倍率充电的单体电池保护检测实验,并对实验结果进行了分析。结果表明:2种进口单体电池的安全性能优于某国产单体电池的安全性能,某国产单体电池在挤压实验中发生了着火现象,存在着一定的安全隐患,可见部分国产单体电池的安全性能有待进一步提高。
Abstract:Two kinds of import laptop cells and one kind of domestic laptop cell were investigated based on impact test,crushing test and cell protection against a high charging rate test.The results showed that the safety performance of the imported laptop cells was better than that of some domestic laptop cells,and one domestic laptop cell was burnt in crushing test.Therefore,some domestic laptop cells still had some hidden safety problems and there was a long way to go to investigate and improve the safety performance of domestic laptop cell.
