锂离子电池正极材料磷酸铁锂研究进展

简要介绍了高安全型锂离子动力电池正极材料—磷酸铁锂的研究进展;报导了通过固相法在不同温度下合成了LiFePO4;研究结果表明与LiCoO2相比,LiFePO4材料具有更好的热稳定性,对于非常规条件下使用具有更强的忍耐力。研究了Cr掺杂LiFePO4材料;当Cr3+在Li位取代后,材料的电子电导率提高了107~108个数量级,从而大幅度提高了材料大电流工作能力,使该种材料的实际应用成为可能。

Abstract:

Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) is a cathode material for safe type Li ion battery. And its research progress is introduced briefly. Lithium iron phosphate is synthesized by solid reaction method at different temperature. Comparing with LiCoO2, LiFePO4 has better thermal stability, and in unconventional conditions, it has greaster endurance. LiFePO4 doped with Cr is studied. When Li is replaced by Cr3+, the electronic conductivity of LiFePO4 is increased by 107 to 108, so the large current performance of LiFePO4 is improved greatly, and LiFePO4 can be used in practice.
