蛇形流场PEMFC的三维多物理场数值模拟

摘要:

对质子交换膜燃料电池进行了三维多物理场建模。在多物理场建模的基础上,通过COMSOL Mutiphysics中的4种应用模式,利用电流平衡、质量传输方程和动量传递方程等去模拟PEMFC的膜电极(MEA)中阴极侧和交换膜上的工作状态,分析了膜电极阴极侧上的压力分布、气体质量分数分布、气体速度场分布以及电流密度分布等,为蛇形流场PEMFC提供了全面的性能分析和设计上的理论依据,最后通过设计上的改进,解决了该电池的水淹问题。

Abstract:

A 3D multiphysics modeling of a PEMFC with serpentine flow field design was demonstrated in this paper.Based on multiphysics and adopting four application models of COMSOL Mutiphysics,the model used current balances,mass transport equations and momentum transport to simulate a PEM fuel cell cathode's behavior,and it analyzed the distribution of pressure,gas mass fraction,gas velocity and electric current density on the cathode side of MEA,which provided all-sided analysis and theoretic support for the design of PEMFC with serpentine flow field.Finally,with the improvement of the design,the "flood" phenomenon was avoided.
