摘要:

针对强制性国家标准GB 38031-2025《电动汽车用动力蓄电池安全要求》的发布与即将实施,本文系统解析了新标准在快充循环安全、底部撞击防护、热扩散烟气控制、数据记录精度及交流电路绝缘要求等方面的核心技术升级。聚焦高职《新能源汽车电池检测技术》课程内容与行业标准脱节、实操项目滞后等问题,提出“标准对接、模块重构、虚实融合、多元评价”的课程改革思路,重构基础性能检测、新增核心实训、增加同一型式判定三大课程模块,设计快充循环安全评估、底部防护点位检测、热扩散新安全要求等实训项目,结合数字化仿真与校企协同教学优化实施策略,实现教学标准与行业标准的精准对接,提升学生动力电池合规性检测的职业核心能力。

Abstract:

With the release and upcoming implementation of the mandatory national standard GB 38031-2025 "Safety Requirements for Traction Batteries of Electric Vehicles", this paper systematically analyzed the core technical upgrades of the new standard, including fast charging cycle safety, bottom impact protection, thermal propagation and flue gas control, data recording accuracy, and AC circuit insulation requirements. Focusing on the problems existing in the vocational college course "New Energy Vehicle Battery Testing Technology" such as disconnection from industry standards and outdated practical training projects, the paper proposed a curriculum reform framework of "standard docking-module reconstruction-virtual-real integration-multiple evaluation". It reconstructed three core curriculum modules: basic performance testing, newly added core practical training, and type approval, and designed practical training projects including fast charging cycle safety assessment, bottom protection point detection, and new safety requirements for thermal propagation. By integrating digital simulation and school-enterprise collaborative teaching to optimize the implementation strategy, the reform achieves accurate alignment between teaching standards and industry standards, and enhances students' professional core competencies in compliance testing of power batteries.
