以国产材料膜电极燃料电池单电池为研究对象,改变质子交换膜燃料电池密封层的厚度,比较三个单电池的极化曲线和内阻变化。进一步对碳纸表面纤维结构扫描结果进行分析,得出一个合理的密封层厚度,为组装大面积的国产材料膜电极燃料电池电堆打下了基础。
Abstract:In this paper,the fuel cell prepared with domestic materials was used in studying the effect of gasket thickness on the performance of PEMFC.The polarization curves and the cell resistances were compared.Moreover,the SEM of the carbon paper was analyzed.The results indicated that the optimized gasket thickness could improve the performance of the fuel cell.It was instructive to assemble large-area PEMFC stack with domestic materials.
