欧盟电池法规的颁布对中国电池产业提出了严峻挑战,同时也为行业带来了前所未有的机遇。本文剖析了法规的背景、主要内容以及对中国电池生产、供应链管理、市场准入和技术创新等方面带来的影响。通过对比法规要求,分析我国电池行业现状,探讨了企业在面临绿色转型的同时,应制定应对策略,以确保企业合规、提升市场竞争力,实现可持续发展。
Abstract:The promulgation of the EU battery regulation has posed severe challenges to the Chinese battery industry, but also brought unprecedented opportunities to the industry.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the background and main content of the regulation and their impact on China's battery production, supply chain management, market access and technological innovation.By comparing regulatory requirements and the current situation of China's battery industry, this paper discusses how companies should formulate response strategies while facing green transformation to ensure continued compliance, enhance market competitiveness, and achieve sustainable development.
