本文讨论了铅蓄电池循环利用与碳足迹管理体系建设进展。截至2023年年底,我国机动车保有量约为4.35亿辆,电动自行车保有量约为3.5亿辆,铅蓄电池需求量持续小幅增加。2023年我国铅蓄电池产量约270 GW·h,金属铅用量约为544万t。废铅蓄电池拆解处理量约为468万t,再生铅产量约为290万t。根据铅蓄电池产品全生命周期管理要求,亟待建立和规范废旧铅蓄电池循环利用和碳足迹管理体系。

Abstract:

This article discusses the progress of lead acid battery recycling and construction of carbon footprint management system. As the end of 2023, the number of motor vehicles in China is about 435million, the ownership of electric bicycles is about 350 million units, and the demand for lead-acid batteries continued to increase slightly. In 2023, the production of lead-acid batteries in China is about 270 GW·h, and the amount of metal lead used is about 5.44 million tons. The dismantling and processing capacity of waste lead batteries is about 4.68 million tons, and the production of recycled lead is about 2.9 million tons. According to the requirements for the full lifecycle management of leadacid battery products, it is urgent to establish and standardize a system for the recycling and carbon footprint management of waste lead-acid batteries.
