伴随全球能源转型背景,新能源电池产量与日俱增,电池产业链人才需求范围广,用人量大,但企业招聘与本科院校毕业生形成求职难用工荒的局面。基于此背景深化产教融合,分析了产教融合的内涵、电池专业在行业需求与教育模式方面的现状,进而构建了基于产教融合应用型本科院校电池专业的育人路径,包括定制化人才培养模式、重建课程体系、强化实践教学环节、加强师资队伍建设、完善校企合作机制等方面,为电池专业培养高素质技术技能人才提供参考,推动产业与教育的深度融合发展。
Abstract:Against the backdrop of global energy transition, the production of new energy batteries is increasing rapidly. The battery industry chain faces a large demand for talent, but companies are struggling to recruit and graduates are facing a labor shortage. Based on this context, the concept of industry-education integration is introduced. This paper analyzes the connotation of industry-education integration and the current status in terms of industry demand and educational models for the field of batteries. Furthermore, a training path for battery majors from this perspective is constructed, including customized talent training models, curriculum reconstruction, enhancing practical teaching, strengthening the faculty team, and improving university-enterprise cooperation mechanisms. The aim of this paper is to provide a guidance for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in the battery field and promote the deep integration and development of industry and education.
