铅粉性能对VRLA电池性能的影响

摘要:

对国产和进口铅粉机生产的铅粉进行了性能测试;试验了两种铅粉对VRLA电池的初期容量和循环能力的影响。测试结果表明,两种铅粉组成成分都为PbO和Pb,1#铅粉的PbO含量多于2#铅粉,且其常规性能和微观性能方面也存在着一定的差异。试验结果还表明,铅粉性能的差异对VRLA电池的初期容量有影响,对电池的循环耐久能力几乎没有影响。

Abstract:

The property of lead powders produced res pectively by the home-made equipment and the imported equipment was analyzed.The effects of the two kinds of lead powders on initial capacity and cycle ability of VRLA battery were tested.The results showed that the components of two kinds powders were same,but the PbO content in 1# powders were greater than that in 2# powders.And there was difference in ordinary performance and micro performance between the two kinds of lead powders.The results also showed that the porperty of different lead powders affected the initial capacity,but didn't affect the cycle ability of VRLA batteries.
