摘要:

随着液态锂离子电池在各个领域的广泛应用,人们对电池的性能和安全性提出了更高的要求。隔膜作为锂离子电池的关键组件之一,对电池的性能和安全性起着至关重要的作用,但目前缺少一种能够快速评估不同类型锂电隔膜透气率的测试系统。为此,本文基于LabVIEW软件设计了一种透气率评估测试系统。通过验证,该系统可以快速实现不同锂电隔膜在不同温度条件下透气率的对比,从而对不同锂电隔膜的透气性能进行评估。该系统的设计和实现为锂电池行业提供了一种有效的工具,有助于提高电池性能和安全性,推动锂离子电池技术的发展。

Abstract:

With the widespread application of liquid lithium batteries in various fields,people have put forward higher requirements for the performance and safety of batteries.As one of the key components of lithium batteries,the separator plays a crucial role in the performance and safety of the battery.However,there isn 't a testing system that can quickly evaluate the permeability of different types of lithium battery diaphragms.To address this issue,this article designs a permeability evaluation testing system based on LabV IEW software.Through verification,the system can quickly compare the permeability of different lithium battery diaphragms under different temperature conditions,thereby evaluating the permeability performance of different lithium battery diaphragms.The design and implementation of this system provides an effective tool for the lithium battery industry,which helps to improve battery performance and safety,and promote the development of lithium battery technology.
