扣式锂离子电池制备工艺的关键是和膏、电极制备、电池装配及封口。研究发现,和膏及电极制备工艺对活性物质是否掉粉有重要影响,而电池的装配和封口工艺则是影响扣式锂离子电池充放电性能的主要因素。介绍了通过改进电极的制备工艺来解决掉粉问题,并对电池的装配和封口工艺与扣式锂离子电池的充放电性能之间的关系进行了深入研究,为人们研究和开发这类电池提供了一定的指导作用。
Abstract:The key of the preparation technology for coin-type Li-ion battery(CLIB) was paste-mixing,electrode preparation,battery assembly and seal.Results showed that the dust was caused by mixing paste and electrode preparation technology while the charge/discharge characteristics of CLIB were due to the battery assembly and seal.To solve the difficulty of electrodes dust,new preparation technology was presented,and the influences of battery assembly and seal technology upon CLIB's charge/discharge characteristics were also analyzed,which may provide some foundation for people to go deep into researching and developing the preparation technology of CLIB.
