锂离子电池中负极材料比容量的测试方法及其应用

摘要:

选用磷酸铁锂材料作为正极,人造石墨材料作为负极,制备10 Ah软包锂离子电池。在全电池设计过程中,采用正极容量过量的方法对电池进行不同SOC充电,然后分别进行电池放电和电池拆解操作,分析放电曲线,观察电池负极极片析锂情况。结果显示,此种方法可以精确计算负极材料在锂离子全电池中发挥的容量值。

Abstract:

Using lithium iron phosphate material as the positive electrode, artificial graphite material as the negative electrode to prepare a 10 Ah soft pack lithium-ion battery. In the battery design process, the method of excess positive electrode capacity is used, different SOC charges are carried out on the battery, and then the battery discharge and battery disassembly are carried out respectively. Analyzed the discharge curve and the lithium analysis of the negative electrode of the battery is observed. The results show that this method can accurately calculate the capacity of the negative electrode material in the lithium-ion battery.
