本文基于恒压过程电流变化，提出一种析锂检测的方法。利用镍钴锰酸锂(NCM)单层软包电池进行不同倍率下的恒流恒压测试，同时利用多通道记录仪监控正、负极及全电池电压，分析恒压过程电流变化随时间的关系，得到析锂的倍率；再通过取消恒压过程，观察搁置期间是否有电压平台进行验证，结果表明该方法确实可以用于析锂检测并将该方法应用于磷酸铁锂(LFP)方形及软包电池中。
Abstract：In this paper， a lithium plating detection method based on current variation during the constant voltage (CV) stage is proposed. Constant current constant voltage (CCCV) charging tests at various C-rates were conducted on NCM (LiNi?Co?Mn?????O?) single-layer pouch cells. Meanwhile， a multichannel data logger was employed to monitor the voltages of the positive electrode， negative electrode， and full cell. By analyzing the relationship between current variation and time during the CV stage， the C-rate at which lithium plating occurs was determined. Furthermore， by omitting the CV stage and observing whether a voltage plateau appears during the resting period， the proposed method was validated. The results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method， which was further applied to LFP prismatic and pouch cells.
