动力电池组特性分析与均衡管理

摘要:

电池组有区别于单体电池的额外特性,基于目前的动力电池设计与制造技术水平,单体之间的性能差异在其整个生命周期里客观存在,要想避免单体由于过充、过放导致提前失效,使电池组的功能和性能指标达到或者接近单体的平均水平,对电池组中单体之间实现均衡控制和管理是必由之路。电池组均衡管理是一门先进的电池组使用技术,需要结合动力电池电化学模型、电子电源和计算机控制等多学科技术的最新研究成果,进行创新设计。

Abstract:

Batteries have different added peculiarities compared with cells. Based on the design and manufacture level of power batteries, the performance differences between single cells exist in the whole life-cycle. It is the only way to practise proportion control and management between single cells, so as to avoid the overcharge and overdischarge which result in invalidation of single cells, and the function and performance indices of batteries reach or approach the average levels of the single cells. Battery proportion management is a advancedbattery-using technics. To design, it needs the combination of new research findings of some subjects , such as power battery electrochemical model, electronic power sources and computer-controlling and so on.
