在“双碳”战略目标的引领下,新能源电池产业已成为全球科技博弈的重要领域,也是我国战略性新兴产业的重要引擎。然而,随着产业技术的持续迭代与产能的爆发式增长,传统高校单向封闭的人才培养机制逐渐暴露出滞后性,人才供给和产业需求之间出现明显的结构性错配,主要表现为工程实践能力不足、创新意识薄弱、职业素质与岗位要求不相符等。因此,本文从产教融合视角出发,围绕电池专业人才培养模式的顶层设计重构、课程体系模块化改革以及校企协同育人长效机制的建立展开探讨,以期为推动工程教育向产业需求导向转型提供可复制的实践范式和理论参考。
Abstract:Guided by the "Dual Carbon" strategic objectives, the new energy battery industry has emerged as a pivotal arena in global technological competition and a key driver for China's strategic emerging industries. However, with continuous technological advancements and explosive capacity expansion, traditional universities' one-way closed talent cultivation mechanisms have increasingly revealed their limitations. A significant structural mismatch has emerged between talent supply and industrial demands, primarily manifested in insufficient engineering practice capabilities, weak innovation awareness, and occupational competencies failing to meet job requirements. Therefore, this study adopts an industry-education integration perspective to explore three key dimensions: redesigning top-level talent development models for battery engineering programs, implementing modular curriculum reform, and establishing long-term collaborative education mechanisms between academic institutions and enterprises. The research aims to provide replicable practical frameworks and theoretical references for transitioning engineering education toward industry-driven needs.
