随着能源结构转型的深入推进,新能源汽车产业对电池检测与维护技术人才的需求呈现爆发式增长。高职院校作为技术技能人才培养主体,其“双师型”教师队伍建设直接关系产教融合质效。本文聚焦电池检测与维护专业领域,系统剖析“双师型”教师在育人过程中的核心作用与实践困境,探索其能力提升与机制优化的可行路径,旨在构建符合产业技术迭代规律的人才培养体系。
Abstract:With the deepening of energy structure transformation, the demand for battery testing and maintenance technology talents in the new energy vehicle industry has shown explosive growth. As the main body of cultivating technical and skilled talents, the construction of the "dual teacher" teaching team in vocational colleges is directly related to the quality and efficiency of industry education integration. This article focuses on the field of battery testing and maintenance, systematically analyzing the core role and practical difficulties of "dual teacher" teachers in the process of education, exploring feasible paths for their ability improvement and mechanism optimization, and aiming to build a talent training system that conforms to the laws of industrial technology iteration.
