为研究电池热压工艺中JR(卷芯)的温度分布特性,基于有限差分法建立了二维非稳态热传导模型,包含PID温度控制、变接触热阻和各向异性导热等物理特性,开发了热压JR温升仿真计算应用程序。用户通过输入几何参数等关键信息,即可模拟JR界面温度的变化规律,获得温度云图、监测点升温曲线等可视化分析结果。该应用程序将热压JR温升过程封装为便捷工具,为工程设计人员提供了一种直观、高效的评估手段。
Abstract:To investigate the temperature distribution characteristics of the JR (jelly roll) during the battery hot-pressing process, a two-dimensional unsteady heat conduction model was established based on the finite difference method. By incorporating physical features such as PID temperature control, variable contact thermal resistance, and anisotropic thermal conductivity, a simulation and computation application for the temperature rise of the hot-pressed JR was developed. Users can obtain the variation characteristics of the JR interface temperature and visual analysis results, including temperature contour maps and temperature rise curves at monitoring points, by inputting key parameters such as geometric dimensions. The proposed application encapsulates the temperature rise process of the hot-pressed JR into a convenient tool, providing engineering designers with an intuitive and efficient evaluation approach.
